Commission Information
Cosplay Kingdom is currently accepting requests for props or character accessories not listed on our website. * However, our team will no longer be able to take on FULL COSTUME commissions.* When submitting a request, please keep in mind that you are not requesting a mass produced prop or accessory which tends to be a more economical choice. Remember that you will be paying for a unique, hand-crafted product that will be produced just for you and custom-made to look as close to the original source as possible and our prices reflect this.
Commission Costs
Commission prices are determined by: material costs + hours [invested in character research, shopping for materials and labor]. Depending upon the complexity of the work, a standard prop or accessory takes anywhere from fifteen to forty hours to complete. Starting prices are as follow: Props: $40 & up Accessories: $20 & up
The Requesting Process
If requesting an estimate for a prop or accessory,
send a request with the following information: COSPLAYER NAME, AGE, SEX, HEIGHT, CHARACTER & SHOW, CONVENTION/EVENT & DESIRED DATE, EMAIL ADDRESS, SHIPPING ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, along with pictures of the desired item (the more resolution and details the better). For a prop or accessory, Also, please give us any measurements you deem necessary (if the prop or accessory needs to be worn or if it is of a certain height), and choose your method of payment.
*Special Note*
The Cosplay Kingdom Team believes in working with a spirit of excellence. If there is a request for a prop or accessory that we don't think we'll be able to make as good as it should be, we have the right not to take on that specific commission. We want to give our customers the best product we can produce. In case we're unable to fulfill your request, we will let you know.
Estimate & Payment Please allow up to 2 weeks for an estimate. Once the price is established and agreed upon, payment IN FULL is required before construction of the requested item may begin. Payment must be received at least 4 weeks prior to the desired delivery date.
Delivery
When your requested item is completed, we will email you to let you know your item has been shipped. Expect your package to be delivered within a week if inside the US (it will take longer for International Orders). We ask that you plan ahead. Please do not order something you expect to receive by the next week without consulting us first. We appreciate your understanding.
Our Request to You
After you receive your prop or accessory, please send us your cosplay pictures and let us know of any awards won while wearing or using any of our creations. We love hearing from happy customers and sharing their thoughts on our testimonials page!
